Here's what you can expect with the Maximize Your Potential Program

In this module your staff will learn:

  • The difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset, how to identify which one they are primarily operating in, and actionable strategies to keep them in a growth mindset
  • How to live from “cause” instead of “effect” and make empowered decisions to change their trajectory so they feel in control of their circumstances, rather than the other way around.
  • How to overcome common limiting beliefs that are preventing your employees from achieving their full potential. This will also enable your employees to make positive changes that will increase their own job satisfaction and improve customer/client service without disrupting workflow.

In this module your staff will learn:

  • Research-based productivity techniques that they can start implementing right away
  • The science of habits and the role they play in increasing performance and productivity
  • Which tools and apps they can use to increase their focus and streamline their tasks to squeeze the most out of each moment

In this module your staff will learn:

  • The four main styles of communication and when each method is most effective
  • How to incorporate effect assertive communication strategies and behaviors into the workplace, even if they’re uncomfortable with speaking up
  • How to navigate difficult conversations with fill-in-the-blank scripts for a variety of common situations
  • How to give and receive feedback with proven, research-based methods

In this module your staff will learn:

  • The need for a respectful community in the workplace and the foundational elements that create this
  • What Community Anchors are and how they can create them, with examples from previous clients
  • How the employees can spear-head recognition and engagement initiatives within your organization while working closely with the leadership team

Delivery Method #1
12 Week Email Series

Every Monday for 12 weeks your employees will receive an email with a link to a brief video and audio lesson that teach the necessary components of the program. There will be one action step and one self-reflection exercise for each week.

Each week of the program will take between 30 minutes and 60 minutes to complete.

Questions can be submitted via email or an online form and will be answered in the weekly recap email sent out on the Friday following.

Email open metrics and video/audio view metrics will be submitted from our team to yours for your records.

There will be a pre- and post-assessment given to each employee that will get their baseline engagement, mindset and morale metrics which will be analyzed again after the 12 week training and presented to you in a report at the end of the program.

Delivery Method #2
Custom Online Educational Platform with Community Discussion

A custom online community-based education platform will be created for the staff of your organization to complete the 12 week program. 

Every Monday for 12 weeks the next lesson of the program will be released with a brief video and audio lesson that teach the components of the program. There will be one action step that will involve a post on a discussion forum as well as one self-reflection exercise for each week.

Each week of the program will take between 30 minutes and 60 minutes for each individual to complete.

Questions can be submitted via email or on the online platform and will be answered within 1 business day.

Participation metrics will be submitted from our team to yours for your records.

There will be a pre- and post-assessment given to each employee that will get their baseline engagement, mindset and morale metrics which will be analyzed again at the end of the 12 weeks and presented to you in a report at the end of the program.

Delivery Method #3
In-person Workshop with 12 Week Follow Up Email Series

You have your choice of a one-hour keynote presentation or a half-day intensive to kickstart the program.

In this keynote or half-day intensive, I will teach the core concepts of the program to your employees with several interactive components.

Following the in-person training event, I will follow up with the 12 week email series to remind your employees of the core concepts and solidify their understanding, while also improving the longevity and implementation of the information.

Again, this will include email open and lesson view metrics that will be submitted from our team to yours for your records.

There will be a pre-assessment done at the in-person event, and the post-assessment will take place following the completion of the 12 week follow up email series.

Who am I and why should you hire me?

I'm Heather, and I help organizations improve retention rates, productivity, morale and employee engagement by offering employee-centered mindset training.

Over my decade-long career as a Registered Nurse I’ve seen the negative impact that stress and a fixed mindset have on workplace morale. Low morale leads to higher turnover and increased recruitment and other operational costs.
 
First hand, I’ve seen that when companies are experiencing high turnover rates and a challenging company culture, the front-line employees don’t know what they can do to create positive change.
 
Over the past 10 years I have been honing my skills to provide mindset training both in my nursing practice which has transitioned to an online practice in 2015, and more recently included helping organizations maximize the potential of their front-line workers as well as provide one-on-one Executive Coaching and leadership training.
